Delivery is the vertical that turns a mobility fleet into a local marketplace. With Cabgo you don't just move food: every store — restaurant, grocery, pharmacy or corner shop — gets its own storefront with catalog, photos and prices, the customer builds a cart and pays, and your fleet dispatches the nearest courier through the same flow it already uses for taxi. You set commissions per store and per courier, delivery fees per zone, and payment methods — all under your brand, on your domain. The store manages its menu; you run the platform; the customer orders and tracks inside a single multi-service app. And if you don't want a marketplace at all, Brand mode turns the same app into the app of ONE business — or a chain with branches — where the customer lands directly on the menu to order.

Every store gets its storefront with categories, products, photos, descriptions and options (sizes, extras). It manages its own menu without touching the others.

Cart & checkout

The customer adds products to the cart, adjusts quantities, sees the subtotal and delivery fee, and confirms with address and payment in a single screen.

Stores set their own prices

Each store sets its own menu prices; you set your per-store commission and the delivery fee. The charge is split automatically.

Couriers with dispatch

When the order is confirmed, your fleet dispatches the nearest online courier using the same engine you already run for taxi and parcel.

Don't want a marketplace? Turn on Brand mode and the app is yours alone: the customer lands directly on your menu to order — no business listing. With multiple branches, the app automatically shows the one that matches their location (each with its own catalog), and when they're out of coverage it offers ordering for pickup at the nearest one.

Instant new-order alerts

The store gets an instant alert in its panel when an order arrives, with a continuous sound until it's accepted or rejected. Web notifications also arrive even when the portal is in the background.

AI-assisted images and catalog

Show full-size product photos and load catalogs via Excel or with AI assistance. Stores without a logo can generate one automatically.

Is delivery only for restaurants or also for stores?+

Both. Every store — restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy or local shop — gets its own storefront with catalog and prices. The customer enters the store, builds a cart and your courier delivers it. It works for food as well as groceries, medicine or any local commerce.

Do I need a separate app for delivery?+

No. Delivery is a service inside your same Cabgo app. The customer picks 'Delivery' on open, alongside taxi or parcel. You keep one app, one fleet and one dashboard.

Who sets the prices and how is the money split?+

Each store sets its menu or catalog prices. You define the delivery fee and your commission per store and per courier. The charge is split automatically between the store, the courier and you according to what you configure.

Can my couriers be the same taxi drivers?+

Yes. A driver enrolls in the services you want (taxi, delivery, parcel). That way you leverage your existing fleet to deliver orders during off-peak hours, without hiring another network.

How do stores load their menu or catalog?+

Each store manages its own catalog from the dashboard: categories, products, photos, prices and availability. Changes show up in the app without you intervening, and without affecting the other stores.

I have just ONE business (my restaurant). Can I launch my own app without a marketplace?+

Yes — that's exactly what Brand mode is for. The app is 100% your business: customers open it and land directly on your menu to order, with no store listing and no competitors inside. Your couriers, your catalog, your brand on iOS and Android. And since you own the platform yourself, there's no middleman commission.

What if my brand has several branches with different menus?+

Brand mode covers branches too: each one has its own catalog, hours, coverage and couriers. The app detects the customer's location and automatically shows the menu of the branch that serves them; they can switch branches manually if they want. And if their address falls outside everyone's coverage, the app offers ordering for pickup at the nearest branch instead of turning them away. To avoid loading the menu N times, you can duplicate one branch's catalog into another in one click.

How do I avoid failed orders when the store is closed or out of zone?+

Before confirming payment, the app checks that the store is open, the minimum order is met and the customer is within the delivery radius. If any condition fails, the order doesn't go through. That way you avoid charges you'd later have to refund.

Can I charge different commissions depending on the order type?+

Yes. You can set separate commissions for Delivery and Request-a-courier, and tell paid deliveries apart from free ones. You also choose how the commission is applied: absorbed, deducted, added to the customer or mixed. It's all configured from the dashboard without rebuilding the app.

How do I track what each store owes me or I owe them?+

Under Delivery → Stores you see each store's balance: red if the store owes you, green if you owe them. You can filter only the negatives and see a summary of total receivable and payable. When you're ready to settle, the Settle button closes the full outstanding balance in a single, recorded operation.
