Can I charge residents and visitors differently?+
Yes. You define a preferential price for your members and a full rate for outsiders. When a resident books, the app applies their price automatically — no manual discounts or codes.
How do I keep two teams from booking the same room?+
Each room has exactly one schedule and it lives in the system: when a block is booked, it instantly disappears from everyone's availability. The shared-spreadsheet collision becomes physically impossible.
Are bookings paid upfront?+
You decide per space: card prepayment at booking time — ideal for visitors — or payment at reception for your trusted community. Both land in the same schedule.
Can I rent individual desks too, not just rooms?+
Yes. A flex desk is a resource just like a room: with its hourly or block price and its schedule. Hot desks, private offices, phone booths — any bookable space is listed the same way.
What does my reception see when someone arrives?+
The user shows their booking code and reception validates it against the schedule: which space, which time, and whether it's paid. Thirty seconds, no questions, no digging.
Can I sell memberships with included monthly hours?+
