Does the customer have to set a destination?+
No. Gas delivery is single-point: the customer only sets their delivery address with one pin. There's no origin and destination like in a ride — the gas leaves your operation and arrives at that single address.
How is the gas charged?+
With a fixed price per product that you define, not by distance. Each catalog item (20 kg cylinder, 30 kg, bulk by the liter) has its price, and the customer pays that amount when they pick it. No per-kilometer charges.
Can I sell cylinders and bulk gas in the same app?+
Yes. You list whatever products you want in the catalog: cylinders of different sizes and bulk gas charged by the liter, each with its price. The customer picks which one and how much at order time.
Can my couriers be the same drivers?+
Yes. A courier enrolls in the services you want (gas, delivery, parcel, taxi). That way you leverage your existing fleet to deliver gas with the same dispatch.
Do I need a separate app for gas delivery?+
No. Gas delivery is a service inside your same Cabgo app. The customer picks 'Gas' on open, alongside taxi, delivery or parcel. You keep one app, one fleet and one dashboard.
Can my customers order gas via WhatsApp?+
Yes. You connect your WhatsApp Business to the platform in a few steps. The customer writes and their message reaches the courier's chat inside the app, respecting the 24-hour window. You can also send a personalized thank-you message when the order is confirmed.
Can I limit the operation to certain zones?+
Yes. You define coverage by zones with specific assignment rules and a control to enable or disable dispatch. Orders outside your coverage zones are rejected automatically, avoiding deliveries you can't fulfill.
How do I collect if the customer pays cash?+
When ordering, the customer can state how much they'll pay so the courier brings exact change. Cash transactions are recorded in the courier's wallet, and you have a tool to review and settle pending cash collections in bulk.
