How is a move charged?+
By quote. The customer builds their move (origin, destination, item list and date) and your operation sends back a price. The customer approves it in the app before you dispatch the crew, so no one gets surprised: the price is accepted before anything moves.
Can I list my furniture and boxes?+
Yes. The customer builds a list of what they're moving — sofa, bed, fridge, boxes — and the number of rooms. That list travels with the request so your crew knows what to expect and the quote matches the real volume.
Is the move immediate or scheduled?+
It's scheduled. Moves are almost never instant, so the customer picks the day and time slot; the system dispatches the crew in the right window on the agreed day.
Do I need a separate app for moving?+
No. Moving is a service inside your same Cabgo app. The customer picks 'Moving' on open, alongside taxi, parcel or your other services. You keep one app, one fleet and one dashboard.
How long does it take to launch?+
Activating and configuring the service takes minutes from the dashboard. Your branded app is built and published through Cabgo's standard flow.
Can the customer approve the quote from the app?+
Yes. You send the move quote and the customer accepts or rejects it right in the app. The crew only rolls out once the quote is approved, closing the loop with no calls or confusion.
Can I assign moves by city zone?+
Yes. You define your operation's coverage by zone and each request is routed to the crew in its area. This cuts empty trips and each operator only sees the services that belong to them.
Can the customer track the crew in real time?+
