How does the app keep me from renting more gear than I own?+
Each gear type is listed with its real units, and every time slot draws down from that inventory. When all 6 kayaks in the 11 AM slot are booked, that slot disappears from the app. Overbooking isn't 'managed' — it simply can't happen.
Can customers pay when they arrive, in cash?+
Yes. Configure pay-on-site and customers settle at gear pickup. You can also require card prepayment for high-demand slots — rules are set per resource.
What if it rains and I have to close for the day?+
Block the affected slots from the dashboard with an exception and they stop selling instantly. Existing bookings stay visible in your schedule so you can contact customers to rebook.
Can I rent several types of gear in the same app?+
Yes. Kayaks, paddleboards, bikes and karts coexist as independent resources, each with its units, price and rental duration. Customers pick what and how many in a single booking.
How does my staff know what to hand each customer?+
The customer's check-in code pulls up their booking: which gear, how many units, what time and whether it's paid. The handoff takes as long as it takes to read — and the Saturday line disappears.
Can I sell packages or memberships of several rentals?+
Yes. You set up a membership with a number of monthly sessions and the app keeps an automatic counter. Each time the customer rents, one use is deducted, and you see the consumption in their detail.
How do I notify my customers about promotions or new equipment?+
From the dashboard you send WhatsApp, email and push campaigns. The cost is deducted from your unified prepaid balance, so a single top-up covers all sends.
Can I give my team access without them seeing everything?+
Yes. You assign granular per-module permissions: one person can manage only the agenda and another the financial reports. Each one only enters what concerns them.
