Can I charge a deposit instead of the full amount?+
Yes. You define how each booking is secured: full upfront payment, a card deposit, or payment at the front desk for trusted clients. The rule is configured per resource from the dashboard.
How does the app reduce no-shows?+
With three layers: the deposit makes skipping costly, the automatic reminder kills forgetfulness, and the configurable no-show fee covers the room when someone still doesn't come. The combination of all three is what empties the ghost-appointment column.
Does it handle treatments with different durations?+
Yes. Each treatment is scheduled by its real duration — a 45-minute facial and a 90-minute massage share the same room without colliding. The schedule computes the open slots for you.
